Our website was hosted on Shopify for several years, and while it is a great platform, it presented challenges in keeping stock quantities and product descriptions updated, especially during development stages when details would change. Last year, we upgraded to a CRM system that consolidates all our information and customers in one place, allowing us to make real-time updates to stock quantities, pricing, and product details on our website. Customers now have their own portals to check order statuses, backordered items, or place reorders directly from their computers or phones. These improvements were made with our customers’ experience as the top priority, aiming to encourage repeat visits. While our website is not yet 100% complete, we are continuing to refine and polish pages before making them live. Our used equipment pages will now feature accurate, real-time inventory—a major improvement over our previous site, where outdated listings often led to canceled orders, refunds, and frustration for both customers and staff. This blog marks the first of many updates we plan to share about developments within our business. In addition to our e-commerce site, we operate a 2,000-square-foot showroom and store in Wister, Oklahoma, where customers can shop and pick up items the same day. We hope all our customers will be able to visit us eventually, though we recognize some live far away, and we are working on a mobile sales option to better serve them.
